TSX-V Accepts Premium Exploration's Oversubscribed Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 3, 2009) - Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PEM) ("Premium" or the "Company") is pleased to announce final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange of its non-brokered private placement previously announced closed May 27th, 2009. The offering was oversubscribed by 1,739,000 units and Insiders were responsible for 1,440,000 shares, representing 21.37% of the placement.

All of the securities issued pursuant to this private placement will have a hold period expiring four months and one day after the closing date. In connection with the private placement and in accordance with regulatory requirements, the Company paid an aggregate of $10,000 cash as Finder's Fees.
