TTEngines Signs Exclusive Agency Agreement With Falcon Power

DELAND, FL--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) -  Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. ("TTE") (OTCBB: TTEG) is pleased to announce that the company has become the Exclusive Agent in the United States for the Hydrogen Energy Production System (HEPS), a patented technology of Falcon Power Co., Ltd. (Falcon).

The HEPS is an environmentally friendly technology. Its low-pressure production system enables users to produce power on site, thus eliminating the transportation costs and storage safety issues normally associated with hydrogen power applications. The HEPS also reduces fuel costs. Early tests of the system showed a 47% fuel cost reduction when compared to diesel and a 57% reduction when compared to liquid propane. Applications for the technology include but are not limited to industrial furnaces, home heating and cooking, outdoor heating, incinerators, and turbine engine applications. TTE will work through distributors to roll out Falcon's technology in Florida, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New York State.

This technology arrives at a fortuitous moment. In March 2010, the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School released a policy brief titled, "Reducing the U.S. Transportation Sector's Oil Consumption and Greenhouse Gas Emissions." In the brief, the authors, who were not speaking for the university, said that gasoline may need to reach $7.00/gallon by 2020 in the United States for America to be able to meet President Obama's far reaching energy management goals. In the presence of rising fossil fuel prices, the value of Falcon's HEPS will be thrown into sharp relief.

Michael Rouse, TTE President and CEO, stated, "We are very excited about our rapidly developing relationship with Falcon Power, and I believe that our technologies will play an important role in reshaping the way the world moves goods and people, and the way it produces power."
