Taleo Business Edition Perform is not only an innovative stand-alone solution for organizations looking to streamline their performance management process, it is also a natural extension for Taleo Business Edition Recruit customers looking to create a unified talent management strategy, as it is seamlessly integrated on a single platform with Taleo Business Edition Recruit.
