Tech Council of Maryland Now Accepting Nominations for the 22nd Tech Awards Celebration

ROCKVILLE, MD--(Marketwire - January 25, 2010) - The Tech Council of Maryland (TCM) announced today that nominations are now open for the 22nd Tech Awards Celebration. TCM's Tech Awards Celebration is Maryland's premier award ceremony for the IT and Biotechnology communities and continues to be Maryland's Best Night of Networking. Nominations must be submitted by COB March 8, 2010.

TCM's Tech Awards are open to any company that has done business in the State of Maryland in 2009. The 2010 categories are:

--  High Technology Firm of the Year
--  Government Contracting Firm of the Year
--  Emerging Company of the Year
--  Biotechnology Firm of the Year
--  Stem Educator of the Year
