Ted's Montana Grill Comes Home to Montana

Restaurant to Open in Bozeman's Historic Baxter Hotel

BOZEMAN, MT--(Marketwire - January 10, 2008) - Ted's Montana Grill, founded by media entrepreneur and environmentalist Ted Turner and restaurateur George McKerrow Jr., will open the company's first Montana restaurant in Bozeman in June 2008. The restaurant will be located in the historic Baxter Hotel in downtown Bozeman at 103 West Main St.

"We've always wanted to have a restaurant in Montana and we're very happy to have finally found a location that fits perfectly with the spirit of Ted's Montana Grill," says McKerrow, who serves as the company's president and CEO.

The restaurant, which will be the company's 57th nationwide, will occupy 4,200 square feet in the 79-year-old hotel. It will seat 120 people and also have an 85-seat patio for warm-weather months. In addition to full-service restaurant operations, Ted's Montana Grill also will offer catering services in Bozeman. McKerrow says the company will renovate the space to fit Ted's Montana Grill's turn-of-the-century Arts & Crafts design, but will preserve many of the classic architectural touches the hotel has had since it was built in 1929.

Founded in 2002, Ted's Montana Grill currently has 54 restaurants. The classic American grill specializes in serving made-from-scratch dishes in a warm, relaxed setting of casual luxury. The company is based in Atlanta. For more information, visit
