Teen Yoga DVD From Empire Home Entertainment in Shape for Major Sales Workout

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - January 15, 2008) - Empire Home Entertainment, the distribution division of Empire Film Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EFGU) ("Empire Film") (, has completed the original production of "Teen Yoga," a made-for-video program to address the rapidly growing market for beginning Yoga students. The video stars former Miss Teen USA, Allie LaForce, and was designed by celebrity yoga master, Kathleen Kastner. Empire feels that "Teen Yoga" is ideally positioned to address beginners, which are the fastest growing segment of this major exercise movement, and that the video could eventually achieve sales results approaching the two-million DVD units that have been sold by the "Beginner's Yoga" DVD from Gaiam, Inc. starring Rodney Yee.

"Teen Yoga" was produced and directed by Vivian Schilling for Autumn Moon, Inc. under a production venture with Empire Home Entertainment. Schilling is an award-winning writer, actress and producer, and recipient of the Diamond Dove Award commemorating sales of more than one-million videos of her prior video projects. Allie LaForce won the Miss Teen USA competition in 2005, and is currently attending the University of Ohio where she competes on the women's varsity basketball team. Yoga instructor Kathleen Kastner leads the "Teen Yoga" program with a 55-minute flow routine based on power-yoga poses and routines. The program also features instructions on individual poses, breathing techniques and a "lifestyles" section to encourage a healthy diet and activities.

"This is clearly one of the best-produced exercise videos in the market, and is the only retail release yoga DVD targeted at the teens," said Eric Parkinson, CEO of Empire Home Entertainment. "The program is designed for beginners as well as intermediate students, and we expect a favorable response from a broad range of retailers and consumers."

"Teen Yoga" has a total running time of 85 minutes. The suggested retail price of DVDs is $14.95, and as a TV-PG rating. Item # 9642, UPC number is 7-61450-96423-5. DVD release date is set for February 5, 2008.
