Telava Networks Has Finalized the Acquisition of IBFA

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - January 16, 2008) - With reference to the press release of November 12, 2007, Telava Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: TLVA) announced today the Company has finalized the acquisition of IBFA Acquisition Company, LLC (IBFA), in a cash transaction. IBFA began operations in 1995, and is a licensed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), long distance provider, and Internet Service Provider (ISP) based in the Midwest.

The IBFA acquisition is consistent with the Telava Strategic Business Plan which is designed to build enterprise value through organic growth, and through acquisition opportunities that have significant top line revenue and positive EBITDA.
