TelcoBlue, Inc. Signs Non-Disclosure Agreement With DashSmart

Company Looking to Enter $50 Billion Wireless Market

LEXINGTON, KY--(Marketwire - December 5, 2007) - TelcoBlue, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TBLU) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure agreement with DashSmart. The Company is negotiating to acquire the exclusive licensing rights to DashSmart's (DashSmart™) hands-free communication and mapping system.

DashSmart is currently devoted to reducing the number of motorists distracted by wireless devices while driving. The DashSmart™ "Global Navigational System," US Patent number US,6,985,753 B2, is designed for mobile business men and women with consumers' safety in mind. The DashSmart™ product fully integrates third generation wireless voice and data in one unit for use within a car. DashSmart estimates the wireless market to grow to over $50 billion by 2010, with 400 million people who have Internet access that will look for cost-effective mobile in car wireless devices.
