TeleCommunication Systems Appoints Timothy Lorello as Head of Commercial Sales

ANNAPOLIS, MD--(Marketwire - November 1, 2007) - TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (NASDAQ: TSYS), a global leader in mission-critical wireless communications, today announced that Timothy Lorello will lead commercial sales in addition to serving in his current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of TCS. In this new role, Mr. Lorello will oversee the firm's sale of messaging, location and emergency 9-1-1 portfolio of products and services to operators around the world.
