ENGLEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - December 3, 2009) - TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced plans to host its fifth Spirit of the Season holiday event. This year, TeleTech employees will host more than 1,200 students and families from Harrington Elementary, a Denver Public School located at 2401 East 37th Avenue.

In lieu of a corporate holiday party, more than 200 TeleTech employees will transform the school into a festive winter wonderland and host more than 1,200 guests, including Harrington school children and their families, at an evening celebration on Monday, December 7th at 5:30 p.m.

The Spirit of the Season event will include a holiday meal, pictures with Santa Claus, face painting, holiday crafts, games, and more. All Harrington Elementary students will receive an age-appropriate gift along with a winter hat and gloves. All Harrington families will also receive a grocery store gift card.

"This has been a very challenging year for many families and our employees are proud to continue our annual tradition of hosting a holiday celebration for a very gracious group of families," said Kenneth Tuchman, TeleTech chairman and chief executive officer.

In addition to the party, TeleTech will also refurbish the school library with new library furniture, computer equipment and reading centers. Upon completion of the refurbishment, the school will rename the library after TeleTech. TeleTech is also donating laptops for teachers, notebook computers to create a mobile lab for the third grade students, playground items, a cot for the nurse's station and a new printer for the school's administrative office.

"TeleTech employees are providing our students and their families with a memorable holiday party and critical school equipment the Harrington students will use and learn from every day for many years to come," said Sally Edwards, principal of Harrington Elementary.

Employees will be wrapping gifts, signing holiday cards and stuffing stockings at TeleTech headquarters on December 3rd at 1:30 p.m. Employees will also be at the school on December 5th at 10 a.m. decorating and setting up for the event.
