TeleTech Recognized by PEZA as Philippines Outstanding Employer for Third Time, Earns Hall of Fame Honor

MANILA, PHILIPPINES--(Marketwire - April 28, 2010) -  TeleTech Customer Care Management Philippines, Inc., a division of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, has been recognized in the Philippines as Outstanding Employer of the Year for a third time and as the newest member of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Hall of Fame.

PEZA's Outstanding Employer honor is given annually to organizations that generate the highest number of jobs, prioritize employee welfare and maintain excellent relationships between labor and management. PEZA inducts three-time winners of the award into its Hall of Fame. Prior to receiving the award for 2009, TeleTech was also named Outstanding Employer in 2007 and 2008.
