Ten Asset Hires Dennis Roy for Newly Created Position of Senior Vice President, Director of Operations

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - November 8, 2007) - Ten Asset Management, a California-based quantitative equity asset manager, has hired Dennis Roy to fill the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Director of Operations. In addition, Mr. Roy will assume Chief Compliance Officer responsibilities.

Mr. Roy comes to Ten Asset from Freeman Associates Investment Management, where he was Head of Operations. He has over twenty years of experience in the operations, compliance and accounting functions in various investment management companies. Prior experience includes Director of Operations during the 2004 launch of Empyrean Capital Partners, LP, Vice President with State Street Corporation in both their Massachusetts and California offices, and Vice President of Operations at EGM Capital LLC in San Francisco. Mr. Roy is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston where he earned a B.S. degree in Finance.
