Testing of MSE Enviro-Tech's Promising Fire Fighting Product AF31 to Achieve Certification for Sale Into Huge North American Markets

BRENTWOOD, TN--(Marketwire - October 24, 2007) - MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MEVT) (FRANKFURT: MEH) is pleased to announce that Hartindo AF31, its multi-purpose, water-based, non-toxic and environmentally friendly fire extinguishing and fire inhibiting agent, is now undergoing a series of third party tests in accordance with North American standards. These tests are being carried out in order to attain certifications that are necessary for MSE Enviro-Tech to develop the enormous market potential for this extraordinary fire fighting and fire inhibiting product.

To meet the requirements for approval under the National Fire Protection Association's Standard on Wetting Agents (NFPA 18), a sample of Hartindo AF31 for toxicity testing has been submitted to a third-party laboratory in London, Ontario. The toxicity tests will comply with Environmental Protection Agency test methods for acute dermal toxicity, acute oral toxicity, acute dermal irritation and acute eye irritation. AF31 has previously undergone rigorous testing in Europe and Southeast Asia but, as a matter of course, must undergo and pass tests carried out in North America, in accordance with North American standards, in order to achieve NFPA 18 approvals for introduction to the North American market.

Upon completion of these tests, AF31 will then be submitted to Underwriters' Laboratories for testing and approval under NFPA 18. AF31 treated lumber will also be submitted for fire testing to further validate AF31's fire-inhibiting potential as it applies to property protection in the event of building fires and in forest fire scenarios like those currently ravaging million dollar homes in California.

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. President & CEO Michael Robinson commented, "In light of the excellent performance of AF31, in both testing and actual use in Asia and Europe, we are confident that these series of North American tests will lead to unqualified approval and certification for Hartindo AF31, and look forward to the subsequent introduction of this amazing anti-fire product to the very large North American market in the foreseeable future."

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.

MSE Enviro-Tech owns the United States Agency Rights to the Hartindo line of products, including the various Hartindo anti-fire products that have proved so effective in numerous other countries and which will be introduced across the United States by MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. As previously announced, a recent independent "mattress burn" test confirmed that the Hartindo AF21 Fire Inhibitor easily met all the requirements of the new U.S. national flammability standard for mattresses, which took effect on July 1, 2007. In another independent burn test carried out on treated wood for home construction, AF21 fully met the requirements for the Class A Interior Wall and Ceiling Finish Category.

The Company is in the process of establishing a nationwide network of agents and distributors for these promising, environmentally friendly anti-fire products, encompassing AF21, a Fire Inhibitor, AF11E, the only 1:1 Halon replacement alternative in the world, and AF31, a Fire Extinguishing product that can be used on all classes of fires, as well as the Titan 21 Fire Blanket. Additional independent testing of AF21, and of various other Hartindo anti-fire products, will be carried out in the weeks and months ahead.
