The Artmore Hotel Voted Best Boutique Hotel

Boutique Hotel Management Team Captures Heart of Atlanta's Arts and Culture District

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - April 27, 2010) - The Artmore Hotel captures hearts and awards, on the dawn of its 1 year anniversary. It was just a year ago that the historical architectural landmark was transformed into what is now Atlanta's "Best Boutique Hotel" according to a recent poll. Not only did the hotel reinvent itself physically, but the staff underwent a transformation of their own to deliver sincere, friendly and top notch service.

"Unlike other hotel management companies, you can't be a boutique hotel business without changing the way the staff delivers service to the guest. It is a unique experience, a personal one. It is expected, no matter what the price point. Our entire team goes to great lengths to deliver," says Keith Space, President of Boutique Hospitality Management, who has managed the property throughout its transition.

The effort has paid off, in a big way, earning the hotel a Most Romantic Hotel in Atlanta and now the Artmore finds itself the cultural meeting spot, before and after the popular neighborhood's multitude of entertainments options. As well, the hotel has created a series of events of its own such as the Jazz in the Courtyard Series, Legal Relief, and Wine Down Wednesdays among others.

One year ago the Artmore shed its previous image of just another chain hotel to a complex melding of quality features and improvements, enhanced food and beverage upgrades, brand new corporate and social catering spaces as well as a huge emphasis on the overall guest experience, not often seen in this rate range.

The symbolic one year mark occurs in May. "It feels like yesterday when we unveiled the Artmore, it was fun getting all of the reactions from folks who had written us off. The Midtown community is changing and we had our makeover just in the nick of time," says Michael Halpner, General Manager of the hotel.

Because of the hotel's strategic location at 1302 West Peachtree Street in the heart of Midtown's business and arts district, elements of art and culture are found throughout the property. The hotel delivers "the art of Southern hospitality," with special packages including tickets to local shows and exhibits available.
