Angelenos Find New Online L.A. Lifestyle Magazine More Nourishing Than Usual Blog and Sushi Diet

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 29, 2006 -- Los Angeles residents today are being served a unique "dish," the launch of new online lifestyle magazine, The L.A. Dish (www.TheLADish.com), which nourishes Angelenos with their recommended daily allowance of city style, health and beauty, dining, nightlife and entertainment news.

Created by former "The Bold and the Beautiful" writer Candy Kirby, The Dish also features "L.A. Lola: A Dating Blog," a brave single gal's weekly reports from the embattled Los Angeles dating frontline, insights from a recent New York transplant, and weekly fitness tips -- customized for Southern California dwellers -- from Invisible Fitness founder and personal trainer, J.J. Flizanes.

As an additional benefit, the magazine offers readers the opportunity to sign up for "The Daily Dish," an e-mail service serving daily lifestyle scoops to subscribers' in-boxes.

"I wanted to create a community where Angelenos can celebrate L.A.'s glamour and things unnoticed. The things about the city that aren't splashed on the pages of Us Weekly," said Kirby. "As well as, of course, the micro-mini that Mischa wore to Hyde last night."
