The Structure Group to Host Targeted Market Seminars and Client Training in 2006

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 27, 2006 -- The Structure Group will sponsor targeted market seminars on a quarterly basis and monthly product training sessions in the form of one- and two-day sessions at Structure's headquarters or at client sites.

Targeted Market Seminar Series

Structure's Market Intelligence Team (MIT) will host the first of several seminars April 11-12, 2006, in New York at the Millennium Broadway Hotel. The seminar will offer a step-by-step program to maximize profits and manage costs in changing wholesale and retail power markets.

The seminar, entitled "Leveraging Intellectual, Informational and Technological Assets to Maximize Profits in North American Energy Markets," will provide recommendations on operational improvements based on real-world examples and experience gained from working with energy companies across all the North American power markets, according to Structure principal Lelon Winstead.

"If your company currently conducts business in one or more of the competitive power markets, you are preparing to expand your business into additional markets or your company is dealing with staff turnover and finds itself in need of market knowledge training, this seminar will provide a wealth of information that can be put to use immediately," Winstead said. "Since the energy markets continue to change and our industry is experiencing a growth phase, we continue to get requests from our clients for additional time from our Market Intelligence Team. Client Training Sessions

Client training classes scheduled for late January at Structure's headquarters include SPP Market Readiness Training -- Settlements in the SPP RTO, slated for January 27. Training already completed in January included an SPP market readiness course focusing on trading, scheduling and operating in the RTO, a Northeast market concepts training and nMarket settlements training for PJM.

Based on client feedback, Structure began offering formalized training hosted at its Software Development Center located in Houston in late 2005. The course topics offered at that time were driven by the major market changes being addressed by Structure nMarket® products.
