Thinkpath Secures Over US $4 Million in New Contract Awards

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 6, 2006 -- Thinkpath Inc. (OTCBB: THPHF), a growing engineering services provider, announced today that is has secured over $4 million in new contract awards, from both new and existing clients, since August 1st, not including contracts awards previously announced. Of these awards, approximately $2.4 million are for the provision of engineering design services and technical publishing and documentation and approximately $1.7 million are for the provision of on-site engineering support. The ramp-up for some of these projects was initiated in the 3rd Quarter and reported in our 3rd Quarter results, with the rest happening in the 4th Quarter. These services will be delivered during the balance of 2006 and into 2007.
