LONG ISLAND, NY--(Marketwire - October 21, 2007) - If you're looking to be part of this year's premier A-List fall event, Cold Spring Harbor is the place to be, Sunday, October 28th. A spectacular star-studded celebration will take place in the old whaling village when everyone's favorite Westie, Corky Nightingale, hosts her first annual Howl-Ween celebration with an elite group of her canine friends. The party is being held in honor of Corky's younger sister, German Shepherd puppy, Maxie. Canines from all over the world are planning to participate in this chic canine costume parade and "Paws for A Cause" festival. Spectators will line Main Street to see canines model their finest costumes as they march to the tune "Who Let The Dogs Out!" The parade will begin at the corner of Main Street (25A) and Spring St. at 12 noon and will end at Cold Spring Harbor Park where the canine celebrities will be greeted by "pupparazzi" as they enter the park on the "Red Carpet." "I'm so excited about Howl-Ween that I can't stop my tail from wagging," said Corky, Grand Marshall of Howl-Ween.
