Three New Performances Added for Disney's High School Musical at Scotiabank Place

Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour Visits Scotiabank Place March 7 to 9, 2008

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 9, 2008) - Due to overwhelming popular demand, three additional performances for Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour have been added on Saturday, March 8 at noon and on Sunday, March 9 at 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa. This exciting new ice show extravaganza has become one of the hottest tickets in town, and the additional shows will help to accommodate the numerous box office requests. It's two smash hits together on ice. Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour is the only live, touring Wildcat experience featuring everything High School Musical - all the songs, dances, and team-spirited fun inspired by both hit movies

Spotlighting some of the best skaters in the world, the ice tour features incredible performances set to the chart-topping tunes and signature choreography made popular by the pop culture phenomenon and Emmy® Award-winning "High School Musical" films. With the ice as the dance floor, this event will be an unprecedented twist on a fan favorite.

Tickets for the three additional performances to Disney's High School Musical go on sale on Monday, Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased by visiting, by calling 599-FANS or 1-877-788-FANS; in person at all Ottawa-Gatineau area Sports Experts locations or at the Scotiabank Place box office.

Tickets to Disney's High School Musical are $55 (rinkside seats), $40, $27, $20, and $13 for all shows. A special opening-night ticket offer of $12 is available (excluding rinkside and $40 seats) for the Friday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. performance. Prices include all taxes but exclude CRF and convenience charges.
