Three VP's Appointed to Tackle Aggressive Growth Strategy

Peter Sainsbury

Executive Vice President, Business Development

As of November 1st, 2007 the Diamond Estates team will officially welcome aboard Mr. Peter Sainsbury as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Peter brings 30 years of invaluable experience in the Canadian wine and spirit industry to Diamond Estates. His vast background includes senior executive positions with some of the most successful wine and spirits companies both in Canada and globally, including Sainsbury Limited, Remy Canada, and Maxxium Canada. Some of Peter's success stories include brand building of Wolf Blass, Masi and Oyster Bay to name a few. Peter's credentials also include a B.A. from Queen's University, an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto and a number of Industry Association board positions.

Andy Rush

Vice President, National Sales & Marketing

A seasoned veteran of the alcohol and beverage industry, with 12 years experience from Diageo Canada, Rush played a key role in the recent expansion of Diamond Estates wines and spirits portfolios to a national level. Andy's proven track record and superior leadership skills will be applied in his new role as Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Ltd strives to execute their many growth and enhancement objectives.

Tom Green

Vice President, Winemaking & Winery Operations

Over the past several years, Tom Green has demonstrated invaluable leadership in adjusting to accommodate Diamond Estates' explosive growth curve. As an honours graduate of Brock University's CCOVI winemaking program, Tom has now undertaken further research duties, acting as the Chair on behalf of the Ontario wine industry in Sustainable Winemaking practices. Tom's tireless work ethic also acts as a great example for his skilled team of Winemakers, Scott McGregor, Jason Roller and his entire production team.
