Thunderhead Appoints Phil Walker as Managing Director of Europe and Asia Pacific

Former SVP of Capgemini Joins Thunderhead to Spearhead Its Expansion Plans

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - November 17, 2009) - Thunderhead, recognized innovators in customer communications management solutions, today announced the appointment of Phil Walker as Managing Director of Thunderhead's operations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions.

Walker will be responsible for driving Thunderhead's expansion and growth in the EMEA and Asia markets and brings more than 20 years of senior management, sales and marketing experience with a number of global technology leaders. He will play a key role in the company's aggressive growth plans and will report directly to Thunderhead CEO, Glen Manchester.

Most recently, Walker was SVP and COO of Capgemini Consulting and last month was nominated into the "Powerlist 2009" in a ceremony at 10 Downing Street. During his time at Capgemini, he led significant projects in Shell, DWP, TfL and the NHS. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Xerox, Dell and IBM.
