TicketsWest Selects Paciolan to Provide New Software for Its Ticketing System

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - June 4, 2007) - TicketsWest, one of the leading ticketing service providers in the United States, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Paciolan, Inc., the leading provider of venue ticketing software solutions, to provide ticketing application software for all of its venues and clients. TicketsWest will immediately begin transitioning its venues and clients to the Paciolan platform.

With this agreement in place, TicketsWest is positioned to strengthen and grow its business in the short term and long term by taking advantage of the new functionalities provided by Paciolan's software. TicketsWest clients will be able to offer their patrons SCANTIX digital ticketing services through Paciolan's Access Management technology. Integrated with the TicketsWest core ticketing system, Access Management provides venues with automated ticket scanning and validation, as well as on-demand attendance reporting. Consumers will also benefit from the added convenience of printing tickets at home through the TicketsWest website. Additionally, TicketsWest clients will be able to use the new functionality to create email marketing communications which should drive more consumers to TicketsWest's website for ticket transactions.
