Titan Appoints New Directors

SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwire - Jan. 11, 2008) - Titan Uranium Inc. ("Titan") (TSX VENTURE:TUE) - Philip Olson, Chairman and CEO, would like to announce that David M. D'Onofrio and Brian A. Reilly will join Titan Uranium's Board of Directors effective today. Mr. D'Onofrio is a Toronto based Chartered Accountant currently practicing as a manager in the Taxation group at a big four accounting firm and brings experience in financial statement audit, global restructuring and Canadian Corporate tax to the Company. Mr. D'Onofrio has been practicing in these fields since 2001 after obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University in Toronto and is also a director of reporting issuer Colossus Minerals Inc. Mr. Reilly was appointed President of Titan on April 10, 2007 and has brought a strong business background and extensive uranium experience to the Company as set out in the Company's press release dated April 10, 2007.

Concurrent with the appointment of Mr. D'Onofrio and Mr. Reilly, existing members Josef Spross and Ron Grozell have resigned from the Board. Titan's Board and management wish to thank Mr. Spross and Mr. Grozell for their contributions to the Company and wish them well in their future endeavours.

Messrs. D'Onofrio and Reilly will stand for re-election at Titan's annual general meeting scheduled for January 22, 2008 along with the other five existing members of Titan's Board who are disclosed in Titan's information circular dated December 14, 2007. Shares held by shareholders who have completed proxies or voting instruction forms and have appointed a management proxyholder to vote for the election of management's nominees, will be voted for the five existing directors disclosed in the information circular. The two new directors are expected to be nominated from the floor and voted on at the annual general meeting by shareholders present in person or by proxy (other than the management proxyholders).
