Titan Energy Worldwide Awarded Contract for 200kw Generator System for Malt-O-Meal

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - December 19, 2007) - Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB: TEWI) announced today that its subsidiary, Stellar Energy Services, Inc., has been awarded a contract to supply a 200kw clean burning natural gas emergency engine generator system to Malt-O-Meal. The engine generator will provide emergency power to Malt-O-Meal's corporate data center at their Minnesota facility. Headquartered in Minnesota, The Malt-O-Meal Company is a privately owned corporation which produces breakfast cereals.

The emergency power system that Stellar will provide is a Generac system manufactured in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The 200kw engine generator will be installed outdoors in a level II ultra quiet enclosure to reduce the noise of the system while in operation.

Steve Hoyt, sales engineer for Stellar Energy, stated, "The unit for the Malt-O-Meal facility is designed to run on natural gas, and will back up a critical data center. With 10 technicians on staff, we are able to respond to any maintenance issues that may arise during an emergency."

The emergency power system was designed by Wounderlick-Malec, a local Engineering firm located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Mr. Hoyt stated, "The engineer we worked with at Wounderlick-Malec was Wally Sharp, one of the most respected consulting engineers in the community. We have been very fortunate to work with Wally and his firm on many project over the last 5 years."
