Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. Signs Distribution Agreement With Catalyst Technology Partners, LLC

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - October 4, 2007) - Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB: TEWI) announced today that it signed a distribution agreement with Catalyst Technology Partners, LLC (CTP) to represent Titan's flagship product, the Sentry 5000 mobile utility backup system. This agreement would potentially open the Far East and other international markets to Titan as CTP has an extensive network of contacts and customers throughout Asia and the Middle East. In particular, CTP has an established business relationship with WATAN, the premier energy and infrastructure developer in Afghanistan and one of the few local companies approved by the U.S. Government to do major development work in the region.

Steven Hurt, VP of Sales for Titan Energy, stated, "Catalyst Technology Partners are presently supplying distributed generation and UPS systems to commercial and industrial sites throughout Afghanistan and are promoting the concept of a distributed generation based utility instead of central power plants and wires in the country. We originally designed the Sentry 5000 for a similar application here in the U.S. and so believe this system would be of tremendous value in a developing country."

Mr. Houshmand, President of Catalyst Technology Partners, stated, "I just returned from a trip to the Far East where the Sentry 5000 was well received. The utilities outside the United States are much less reliable, creating a tremendous market for this kind of utility back up product. CTP also presented Sentry 5000 information to potential customers in Abu Dhabi, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam."

The Sentry 5000 was designed and developed by Titan Energy to be a mobile, multifunctional utility system that that can be quickly and easily deployed in emergency and other situations to provide 50Kw of electricity, heating and cooling, water purification, compressed air, satellite hand held phone system and perimeter lighting.
