Top Golf Executive Joins Element 21 Golf Company, Forward to 2006 PGA Merchandise Show and Beyond

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 24, 2006 -- Element 21 Golf Company (E21) (OTC BB: EGLF) reported today the appointment of one of the industry's top professionals, Bill Dey, who will attend the 2006 PGA Merchandise Show in his new capacity as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Element 21 Golf Company.

Bill Dey, an accomplished golf industry executive, has been involved in the golf industry since the late 1980s. His most recent success was as Senior Vice President & General Manager Global for Tommy Armour Golf. Under his stewardship TAG experienced growth from $400k to $48 million in a three-year period. Bill is an industry-recognized sales professional with vast experience to turn "E21" brand into a sought-after commodity. In the course of Mr. Dey's career he has developed extensive contacts with golf retailers, sporting goods retailers and major international distributors. He has thorough knowledge of the legal issues related to brand protection in manufacturing and retail side of the golf industry.
