Toronto Pictures Inc. Retains iCapital Finance Inc. as Its Investment Banking Firm

TORONTO--(Marketwire - November 12, 2007) - Toronto Pictures Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TPICF), a publicly traded film development and production company has engaged California investment bank iCapital Finance, Inc. as its investment banking firm.

As the corporate banking firm for Toronto Pictures, iCapital will provide the company with a wide range of financial advisory services, including merger and acquisition advisement, financing options, strategic planning and financial consulting. iCapital specialises in serving small cap public companies and middle market private companies and has been instrumental in the development of several technology companies in recent years.
