Toronto Pictures Inc. Signs Global Broadcasting Agreement to Showcase Its Films to 120 Million Households

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwire - October 9, 2007) - Toronto Pictures Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TPICF) has entered into an agreement with Carol Angela Davis, Inc. (CAD) to broadcast its film content and advertise the company's brand to 120 million households. The agreement covers North America and Europe through IPTV, cell phone, GSM and cable and satellite television. The one year term agreement consists of a weekly, 90 minutes program placement by Toronto Pictures of its feature films, documentaries, advertising and television content on ten thematic channels owned by CAD and subsidiaries.

Toronto Pictures ( will commence its broadcasting schedule with the showcase of two feature films and two feature documentaries, starting from January 2008. The shows will be broadcast daily on the global broadcasting network of and the Global Broadcasting & Syndication Company.

Toronto Pictures expects to create Brand awareness, increase its Good Will's value and to stipulate several distribution agreements to sell and release its feature films and documentaries to American, Canadian and International markets that will generate millions of dollars revenue for the company over the next four years.

Broadcasting executive and founder Carol Davis says, "As we build and brand our thematic channels we are very careful about the companies we allow to program content in the streams. Toronto Pictures presents very unique products that are naturals for compelling content and shows. We look forward to a long and prosperous association as we market the channels around the world."

Daria Trifu, Vice President of Toronto Pictures, notes, "This contract comes at the right moment for us to create brand awareness that will precede the actual theatrical, TV and DVD releases of each individual film simultaneously increasing the company's brand value."

Toronto Pictures' President and CEO Bruno Pischiutta adds, "It is essential in today's market to create brand awareness and the right momentum before the release of any Entertainment program. For an emerging Film Studio such as ours, getting the people to see, hear and learn about your company and products is a necessity. With this kind of exposure we can later generate millions in sales from global audiences as soon as the products reach the market through the regular distribution venues. Surely, being a publicly traded company, we also look at this in terms of generating investor awareness about the opportunities existing with our company's stock."

Toronto Pictures' dedication to producing non-violent, ethical and social feature films makes the company unique within the Entertainment industry. Last month, Bruno Pischiutta and Daria Trifu were invited to attend the 4th annual FOSAAC awards banquet held at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles in support of Global Independence & Human Rights. The evening was attended by Marla Maples (who graced the runway together with Daria Trifu alongside several professional fashion models -- see photo) and by the heavy democratic showing of LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, former DNC chairman Terry McAuliffe and Congressman Brad Sherman. The banquet celebrated the USA's 231st and India's 60th Independence Days.
