Toronto Pictures Inc. Signs Global Broadcasting Agreement to Showcase Its Films to 120 Million Households

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwire - October 9, 2007) - Toronto Pictures Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TPICF) has entered into an agreement with Carol Angela Davis, Inc. (CAD) to broadcast its film content and advertise the company's brand to 120 million households. The agreement covers North America and Europe through IPTV, cell phone, GSM and cable and satellite television. The one year term agreement consists of a weekly, 90 minutes program placement by Toronto Pictures of its feature films, documentaries, advertising and television content on ten thematic channels owned by CAD and subsidiaries.

Toronto Pictures (www.TorontoPictures.com) will commence its broadcasting schedule with the showcase of two feature films and two feature documentaries, starting from January 2008. The shows will be broadcast daily on the global broadcasting network of MagnaBand.net and the Global Broadcasting & Syndication Company.

Toronto Pictures expects to create Brand awareness, increase its Good Will's value and to stipulate several distribution agreements to sell and release its feature films and documentaries to American, Canadian and International markets that will generate millions of dollars revenue for the company over the next four years.
