Total Facility Solutions Opens Raleigh Office to Support Regional Life Sciences and Renewable Energy Growth Opportunities

RALEIGH, NC--(Marketwire - November 18, 2009) - Total Facility Solutions, Inc. (TFS), a
specialty contractor and services company focused on critical process
manufacturing infrastructure, announced today the opening of a Raleigh, NC
office. The 6,400 square foot office, located in the Brier Creek area,
will be the focal point for the company's life sciences facilities
contracting service division and will also act as the company's regional
hub to support its existing renewable energy and technology business
throughout the southeast region of the United States.

facilities contracting services including high-purity piping, gas and
chemical systems, ultra-high purity water systems, tool and equipment
installation, clean utilities, and electrical services to the
semiconductor, electronics, nanotechnology, photovoltaic, life sciences,
data centers, and renewable energy industries. Founded in 2003 in Dallas,

The facility is comprised of approximately 6,400 square feet of office
space with a 4,000 square foot fabrication shop. The fab shop is equipped
with the very latest technology for orbital welding equipment.
