The Tracking Corporation Announces Purchase Order From Trade Inventory Management, Inc.

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - November 8, 2007) - The Tracking Corporation (PINKSHEETS: TRKG) announced today that it has received a substantial purchase order from Trade Inventory Management, Inc. (TIMCO) for a nationwide TIMCO marketing campaign for The Tracking Corporation's AutoTrak and FleetTrak GPS tracking units.

TIMCO is a unique product and service provider in the international consumer products area involving 25,000 clients, located in the United States, Canada, China and other foreign countries. TIMCO plans to conduct a direct sales campaign to its client base starting in November 2007 and has projected sales of a minimum of $250,000 in the first quarter of 2008, and projections of $300,000 in the second quarter of 2008.

Tim Valentine, CEO of TIMCO, stated: "We became aware of the rapidly growing field of GPS and cellular phone tracking devices and believe that The Tracking Corporation units powered by their MicroTrak GPS system and operated in conjunction with Perot Systems of Dallas is the device and system that best suits our clients. We expect to exceed our projected sales goals, and look forward to a long and profitable relationship as a direct sales provider for MicroTrak GPS powered units. We are presently estimating gross sales to reach into the millions for our complete sales of the AutoTrak and Fleet Track by the end of 2008, with a profit line of at least 40 percent. However, should we carry our sales program for MicroTrak GPS units worldwide these estimates could easily be doubled or tripled. In any case we look forward to a long and profitable relationship with The Tracking Corporation."

Jerry Grisaffi, CEO of The Tracking Corporation, stated, "TIMCO is now an important part of our overall marketing campaign starting immediately. We anticipate achieving significant sales short-term and long-term in both the business and consumer arena."
