TradeBeam Appoints Enterprise Software Industry Veteran to Executive Team

Formerly of SAP and Vignette, John A. Vincze Assumes Key Post With Innovative Organization

SAN MATEO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 30, 2006 -- TradeBeam Inc., a leading provider of on-demand Global Trade Management (GTM) software and services, today announced John A. Vincze as Executive Vice President of Field Operations.

Vincze brings over 15 years of experience in operations management, alliance and channel development, sales, and global business expansion to the TradeBeam executive team. Most recently, Vincze served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Corillian Corporation (NASDAQ: CORI), a leading provider of online banking enablement solutions to financial institutions. One of his key accomplishments at Corillian was a complete rebuild of the sales function following a long period without leadership. As a result, Vincze helped the company grow new business revenue and also rebalance the revenue model to enable profitability. Corillian serves five of the top 10 banks in the nation and 20 of the top 100.

At Revenue Science (formerly digiMine Corporation), Vincze was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, with full responsibility and accountability for all customer facing activities and revenue delivery. Prior to Revenue Science, Vincze worked as Vice President, Alliances and Channels for Vignette Corporation (NASDAQ: VIGN), and was part of the executive team to take the company through a successful IPO and secondary offering. Vincze's experience helped shape a sales strategy that would capitalize on an explosive market opportunity and played a significant role in rapidly scaling the company. His team grew from 0-140 employees and contributed significantly to the license revenue.

Previous to joining Vignette, Vincze spent three years at SAP in senior level sales and business development roles before becoming a Director at Pandesic, a company formed by Intel and SAP, and one of the first application service providers (ASP).
