TradeCard Reports 65 Percent Revenue Growth in 2007

Demand for Extended Supply Chain Services and Global Smart Network Drives Significant New Customer Wins and Expansion Within Install Base for Fifth Consecutive Year of Major Growth

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 23, 2008) - TradeCard, Inc., the leading provider of extended supply chain solutions, today announced significant revenue growth for the fifth straight year in 2007. Total revenue grew by 65 percent and purchase order volume on the TradeCard Platform increased by 47 percent. Revenue growth was driven by demand for extended supply chain services, resulting in seven new customer deals and eight sales into TradeCard's existing customer base that enabled clients to expand automation and integration delivered by the TradeCard Platform further into sourcing, logistics and supply chain finance processes in the supply chain.

During 2007 $7.5 billion in purchase orders were entered into TradeCard, up from $5.3 billion in 2006. Significant new customers added to the TradeCard Platform in 2007 include Levi Strauss & Co. and Guess Jeans.

TradeCard's 2007 Highlights:

--  More than 775 new members were on-boarded this year. Major brands and
    retailers added to TradeCard's customer base include Levi Strauss & Co.,
    Guess Jeans, Escalade, Australian retailer Super Cheap Auto, and European
    customers Vivarte and Dim Branded Apparel (DBA).
    
--  In 2007 TradeCard deployed components of its SourceView visibility
    suite at several clients including Columbia Sportswear and Stride Rite. New
    sales of the SourceView suite reached 200% of planned revenue for the year.
    
--  TradeCard signed revenue-generating partnerships this year with the
    World Trade Centers Association (Cyprus) and Avery Dennison.
