At  a  PLUS Markets retail roadshow being held today in Manchester, Peter Crowson, Chief Executive  of
Team, will give an update on the Company's current trading.

As reported in the Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 November 2009, Team continued
to  trade  profitably  in  the  first half of the year, notwithstanding  the  extremely  tough  market
conditions. The Directors of the Company are pleased to report that trading since the end of the  half
year   has  continued  to  be  strong,  with  turnover  and  profitability  exceeding  the  Directors'
expectations.
