TransGaming Retains US-Based Financial Communications Agency

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 22, 2010) - TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TNG), a leader in the development of innovative software portability products that facilitate the deployment of video games across multiple platforms, today announced it has initiated a new corporate communications program to improve shareholder relations in the United States. As part of the program, TransGaming has retained Wolfe Axelrod Weinberger Associates LLC in the United States to communicate its strategic goals and business opportunities in order to increase investor awareness and thereby enhance shareholder value.

Spearheading the communications efforts on behalf of Wolfe Axelrod Weinberger Associates will be Adam P. Lowensteiner, Senior Account Executive. Adam has built a specialty in micro and small cap securities through his professional career. Prior to joining Wolfe Axelrod Weinberger, in October 2000, Mr. Lowensteiner worked as a sell side analyst with CJS Securities as a generalist, but covered the video games industry. Prior to CJS, Mr. Lowensteiner worked several years with Individual Investor Group as a Senior Research Analyst, researching micro and small cap ideas for the company's various publications and investment vehicles. Mr. Lowensteiner graduated from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance.

The term of the retainer agreement is one year and the Company has agreed to pay a retainer fee of US$4,000 per month plus allowable expenses. In addition, the Company has approved incentive compensation in the form of options to purchase 125,000 fully paid and non- assessable shares of common stock of TransGaming, issued under the terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan and subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and federal and state regulatory approvals in the United States.
