"Transforming Managers Into Talent Leaders"

Developing Talent Leaders Webinar

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - May 29, 2007) - Paradigm Learning and Southwest Airlines have joined forces with Human Capital Institute to host a live interactive webinar on how to transform managers into compelling talent leaders. The webinar, "Transforming Managers into Talent Leaders," will air online June 19, 2007, from 2:00 to 3:45 p.m. (ET). Attendance is free but limited, so please register now.

The webinar will be host to Paradigm Learning's cofounder Catherine Rezak and Southwest Airlines' training and talent development professionals Elizabeth Bryant and Fiona Macleod Butts, who will discuss how Southwest Airlines has not only survived all the airline industry turmoil, but has actually grown and prospered while many other airline companies have merged or declared bankruptcy.

The webinar will present Southwest Airlines' strong belief that employees are a company's most important asset and that managers are accountable for attracting, retaining and transitioning employees within the organization.

If you are unable to attend "Transforming Managers into Talent Leaders" at the scheduled time, you can still view this free webinar after the June 19 release date by downloading the event (Click here to view).
