Transnational Automotive Announces Buses Ready to Ship to Cameroon

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON--(CCNMatthews - May 22, 2006) - Transnational Automotive Group, Inc. (OTCBB:TAMG) ("TAUG"), announced today that its first order of 28 buses destined for Cameroon will arrive in the port city of Douala, Cameroon sometime in mid-July 2006.

"We have achieved a significant milestone in our business plan," stated Mr. Don Durand, COO of TAUG. "It has been less than six months since we began our start-up operations in Cameroon. In that time we have established a modern bus depot, screened and selected drivers, completed our operations plan and bus routes and now we have secured a suitable date for the buses to arrive in Cameroon."

The initial buses were produced under contract with the motor division of Zonda Industrial Group of Yancheng, China. They are due to load on the BBC Germany during the first week in June and arrive in Douala mid July. TAUG chose a newer vessel that can make the trip from China to Cameroon in about 35 days to reduce the exposure of the buses. The ship plans to transit the Panama canal cutting at least 10-15 days off the trip.

"The arrival of the buses in Cameroon will be a significant event for the people and the Government. The cities of Cameroon and in particular its capital city Yaounde have been without adequate bus transportation for 15 years. We are very proud to be a part of this type of transformation which will have a positive impact on the people and economy of this country", continued Mr. Durand.

This delivery fulfills the first part of TAUG's contract with the Cameroon Government in which TAUG is to provide all the urban areas of Cameroon with bus service. The first city to receive the buses will be the capital, Yaounde.
