Tranzcom Signs Agent Agreement to Support the Largest Potential Security Joint Marketing Programs in China

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 25, 2006 -- Tranzcom China Security Networks Inc. (TSX-V: TSN) ("Tranzcom") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Beijing Huaxun Datacom Co. Ltd. (Huaxun), has signed an Agency Agreement ("Agent Agreement") with Century Network Media Company ("CNM"). CNM will provide sales support, distribution of advertising materials and sales of security and telecommunications services for residential and commercial customers, in support of the China Network Communications Group Corporation (CNC China) project announced on January 12, 2006.

Under the terms of the Agent Agreement, CNM will be responsible for creating a minimum of 13,000 monitored security service customers in the Beijing area within 12 months from the date of the CNC China program commencement. For their services, CNM will receive a consulting fee, commissions for the sale of Tranzcom security systems, and commissions based on monitoring revenue received by Huaxun.

CNM has a long established working relationship with CNC Beijing Communications Corporation, which is the Beijing telecommunications operating subsidiary for CNC China. CNM brings an understanding of the CNC China corporate culture, with its wealth of direct agent channel experience in the telecommunications industry. CNM has over 40 Agent companies, each with a significant established sales force and customer base for the sale and promotion of specialized telecommunication products. CNM provides immediate visibility and an existing marketing channel for the sale of Tranzcom branded security products.

CNM's close working relationship with relevant government offices, telecommunication operators, content and application system providers will be utilized in support of the CNC China project. Further, CNM has already developed successful cooperation relations with Shanghai Telecom, Shandong Netcom, Hebei Netcom, Shanxi Telecom that will be a critical element in Huaxun's expansion program across China.

Corporate Update

Pursuant to the Companies new release on January 4, 2006 and the TSX Venture Exchange approval letter, issued on January 10, 2006, the Company wishes to clarify that the Warrants are exercisable until January 4, 2008 at a price of $0.50 per share. If at any time after the expiry of the four month hold period, the published closing trade price of the Company's common shares on the Exchange exceeds an average price of $0.90 for 30 days during the twenty-four (24) months then the exercise period of the Warrants will be reduced to a period of 30 days from the date the Company provides written notice (the "Accelerated Expiry Notice") to the holder of the Warrants of such early expiry.

The Company acknowledges the resignation of Ms. Brigitte M. McArthur as Corporate Secretary and appreciates her contributions to Tranzcom. Mar Bergstrom has rejoined the Company as Corporate Secretary. Ms. Bergstrom has over 20 years experience on the corporate side of public companies.

The Company would like to announce that it has granted a total of 100,000 stock options at a price of $0.40 to an officer.
