PHOENIX, ARIZONA--(Marketwire - Dec. 22, 2009) - Trapeze today announced plans for their annual technical user conference in March 2010. Being held in Phoenix, Arizona from March 28-31, 2010 at the Sheraton Wildhorse Pass, the Annual Trapeze User Conference brings together product experts and transportation professionals to share best practices and gain a 360 degree perspective on transportation issues and solutions.

"The Trapeze Users Conference is an opportunity for Trapeze users to have one on one contact with product experts, to get away from their desks and learn, discuss and experience the solutions we provide to help them best manage their transportation management systems," said Rick Bacchus, President, Trapeze Group. "This conference is an ideal landscape for us, as an organization, to listen and learn from our customers. We hold their thoughts and ideas with much regard. The time spent together at the user conference is valuable in that we learn of things that can be done to improve our services and products which would yield more streamlined benefits for our customers."

With more than 100 sessions in 9 different tracks from beginner through to advanced, the conference delivers valuable tips, techniques and innovative strategies to technical Trapeze users across North America. Demand Response, Fixed Route, School and Medical are all learning tracks available for users of all experience levels. New this year is an integrated ITS and Trapeze ITS track featuring solutions on how to make the most of users' currently installed hardware and software.
