Trendec Names Seasoned Content Management & Portal Expert Jason Delgado to Head Practice

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 7, 2006 -- Today, Trendec has announced that industry-veteran Jason Delgado has joined the company as the Director of its Portal, Content, and Identity Management (PCIM) practice, effective immediately.

Mr. Delgado most recently served as one of several key public sector business development executives at Vignette Corp responsible for Vignette's highly successful entrée into the public sector portal and content management market. During his six years with Vignette, public sector accounts grew to include major state portals including,,, as well as university market leaders like UCLA, University of California San Diego, Texas A&M University, University of Utah and Arizona State University.

Mr. Delgado brings 12 years of public sector technology marketing experience to Trendec. Delgado's industry-leading knowledge of the portal, content management, and identity management products coupled with his experience in developing successful customer deployment strategies will bolster Trendec's already strong public-sector market presence.
