Triple Point Names Chief Customer Officers

Supports Exponential Growth of Customer Base Across All Regions

WESTPORT, CT and LONDON and SINGAPORE--(Marketwire - April 28, 2010) -  Triple Point Technology®, the leading provider of multi-market commodity and enterprise risk management software solutions, announced today that Wah Chu has been named as Chief Customer Officer for the Americas and EMEA, and Simon Woods has been promoted to Chief Customer Officer for Asia Pacific.

Since 2007 Triple Point has tripled revenues, executed five successful acquisitions, added four global offices, and more than doubled headcount. This exciting and impressive growth for Triple Point translates into many more customers around the world and across industries and commodity classes.

Triple Point's most valuable asset is its customer relationships. The addition of the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) role is another investment in nurturing these relationships. Adding the position of CCO ensures that both Triple Point and its customers will benefit from one-on-one communication and gain competitive market advantage.

Mr. Wah Chu was named Chief Customer Officer for the Americas and EMEA. Before joining Triple Point, Chu was Vice President of Client Services for Netkey, Inc., where he managed all client-facing operations, including consulting, technical support, and training. Prior to Netkey, Chu was a Managing Director at KPMG Consulting and held several Senior Service Management positions at Hyperion Solutions. Mr. Chu earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in corporate finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in operations research from Cornell University. Chu also holds three software development patents.

Mr. Simon Woods was promoted to the role of Chief Customer Officer for Asia Pacific and also maintains his position as Managing Director. Woods brings over 20 years experience in trading and risk markets with proven success and emphasis in the Asia-Pacific region. Before joining Triple Point, Woods was Managing Partner at IKAT Capital Ventures, a firm of international executives creating value in technology and services businesses in China, Malaysia, India, and the Philippines. Prior to IKAT, Woods spent much of his career at trading and risk firm, SunGard, where he held key leadership positions in Europe and Asia.
