Please find attached copies of letters to be mailed to shareholders today regarding the Pro-Rata Non-Renounceable "Entitlements Issue". The first letter is to be mailed to those shareholders able to participate in the Entitlements Issue. The second letter is to be mailed to shareholders in Countries where it is unreasonable to make an offer under the entitlements issue.
