US National Telecom (YIWA) Signs Letter of Intent for $250,000 Monthly Contract to Provide Services to Major International Calling Card Company

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - September 25, 2007) - US National Telecom (Yi Wan Group) (PINKSHEETS: YIWA) reports that it has negotiated and tendered a Letter of Intent for over $250,000 in monthly services to handle international call traffic for a major calling card company. Testing and switch integration will begin September 26, 2007 and the final agreement is expected to be signed by September 29, 2007. The total contract value for the first year could exceed $3,000,000.

"We are specializing in several Central American call routes at very attractive rates, and committing resources and engineering to create and maintain those routes at a high quality level," said Brian Ford, VP of operations for Vitelity, a Yi Wan (YIWA) subsidiary. This is the first of several similar deals we expect to announce in the next sixty days and we expect calling card providers to become a major source of revenue as we seek to triple our revenue in the near term." The Company has been steadily expanding its network capacity to meet demand and working to develop key international routes.

The recent increase in sales has initiated the Company's seeking to consider deployment or partition of Veraz switches. The high capacity Veraz switches, with a cost of over $2 million each, are considered world-class switches and are used by leading telcos worldwide.

The Company recently announced that it was planning to establish a high capacity network node at telx in New York and at One Wilshire in Los Angeles, California.
