UltraStrip Delivers First Two Robots to Singapore's Jian Huang Engineering Pte, Ltd.

STUART, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 7, 2006 -- UltraStrip Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: USTP), the Stuart, Florida-based technology innovation company for homeland security, marine, disaster relief, and defense applications, announced the delivery of the first two M3500 A series coating removal robots to Jian Huang Engineering Pte, Ltd. of Singapore. UltraStrip received $1.22 million for this first phase of the agreement. Under the terms of the UltraStrip Envirobotic Solutions, Inc. five-year distribution agreement, Jian Huang must buy or sell ten systems for $4,500,000 over a two-year period to maintain their exclusive distributorship for Singapore.

Stephen R. Johnson, President of UltraStrip Envirobotic Solutions, a subsidiary of UltraStrip, said, "The delivery of the initial systems to Jian Huang Engineering is an important step in our goal of replacing grit blasting and converting the world's ship yards with our environmentally friendly and highly efficient automated systems. Having our equipment in the Singapore ship repair market, one of the busiest in the world, will give us momentum in reaching that goal. The delivery of these units validates the importance of our systems to the ship yards around the world and should further prove why other ship yards should begin to consider adapting our automated systems."

Jack Ng, a Director of Jian Huang Engineering, said, "We were able to visit UltraStrip's headquarters to train and accept delivery of the two M3500 A Robotic Systems and are more convinced than ever that this is the right equipment to bring to the Singapore ship repair industry. The people of Singapore are concerned about air quality and the contamination of our land and seas that results from grit blasting. These state-of-the-art robotic systems use ultra-high-pressure water with complete containment of the toxic paint and they will help us eliminate the need for the current method of grit blasting."
