Unilava Corporation Adds "Mobile Virtual Network Operator" (MVNO) Business to Its Already Established Line of Products and Services

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - November 30, 2009) - Unilava Corporation (OTCBB: UNLA), a provider of advanced communications services that address the needs of businesses and consumers, announced today that it is adding a "Mobile Virtual Network Operator" (MVNO) business to its diverse line of telecommunications products and services. The announcement was made by Mr. Baldwin Yung, President and CEO of Unilava Corporation (www.Unilava.com).

The Company's MVNO business will become a new division and will enable the Company to leverage its own infrastructure and capitalize on partnerships to provide small to large businesses and consumers CDMA, GSM, 3G and mobile convergent products. The new division allows the Company to offer attractive value-added services and content to fulfill its customers needs, while enhancing its brand. A contract with established network providers ensures radio access nationwide for reliable mobile coverage.

In September 2009, TeleGeography (a research division of PriMetrica, Inc.) predicted that the global MVNO subscriber base will more than double in size over the next four years, while the Yankee Group estimated that there will be 29 million U.S. MVNO customers by 2010.

"This division is in line with our corporate strategy to fully utilize our network platform and strategic partnerships for mobile convergence," commented Mr. Yung.

The new division will combine the advantages of Unilava Corporation's own network, strategic mobile partners, and broadband Internet to enable fixed mobile convergence -- the integration of wireless and wireline technologies and services to produce a single telecommunications network foundation.
