                                                  Update on Activities

The Directors of Storyboard Assets Plc are delighted to report an update to the market following its successful
admission to PLUS.

The specific subsector of the art market in which Storyboard operates continues to enjoy good growth in values.
The world record price achieved for an illustration in July of this year has evidently acted as a catalyst,
fuelling further interest in the space. Auction prices achieved for "blue-chip" illustrations continue
to attract significant interest, evidenced by an unpublished Shepard pencil illustration of Winnie-The-Pooh,
Piglet and Tigger fetching over £30,000 at a sale in early November, 50% above the top estimate.

The result of the auction bodes well for another major auction event set to be held in mid-December, at which the
largest collection of original E.H.Shepard drawings featuring Winnie-The-Pooh will be offered for sale. As Storyboard
has a healthy exposure to this particular artist, the results of the December sale (Sothebys, New Bond Street) are
particularly important.

The Company currently owns four Shepard pieces, two of which feature Pooh and were used for A.A.Milne's "Now We Are
Six". Two further pieces were used as illustrations for Kenneth Grahame's "The Wind in The Willows". Storyboard will
make a further announcement regarding the auction results following the 17th December 2008 sale.

Meanwhile, Storyboard is delighted to announce details of recent additions to its portfolio. During November, the
Company acquired the following pieces:

    * "Hickory, Dickory, Dock". A pen and ink illustration by Arthur Rackham

    * "The Cheshire Cat". A pen and ink illustration by Arthur Rackham published in Lewis Carrol's "Alice's
Adventures in Wonderland" (London, 1907), p.106.

    * "Bod". An original artwork dating from c.1966, featuring all the principle characters from "Bod" within a
        railway station setting.

    * "The Twits". A pen, ink and wash illustration by Quentin Blake. A preliminary drawing for Roald Dahl's "The
        Twits".

    * "The Waterbabies". An illustration in pen and ink, heightened with bodycolour, by Warwick Goble. Published
in Charles Kingsley's "The Waterbabies", opp p.201 of the 1909 edition.
