Valley High Retains Renmark Financial Communications Inc.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 15, 2010) - Valley High Ventures Ltd. ("Valley High") (TSX VENTURE:VHV) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. ("Renmark") to handle its investor relations activities.

Robert Cameron, President and CEO of Valley High comments, "We are pleased to announce that we have selected Renmark to reinforce Valley High's profile in the financial community and enhance the visibility of our project portfolio. We choose Renmark because its standards and methodologies fit best with the message we wish to communicate to the investing public."

In consideration of the services to be provided, the Company has agreed to a 12-month agreement starting May 1st, 2010, to pay a monthly retainer of $5,000 for the first 6-months, and of $7,000 for the balance of the agreement to Renmark.

Renmark does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Valley High or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
