Value Place extended stay properties combine hotel convenience with apartment essentials. Established in 2003, Value Place has become the largest economy extended stay franchise in the United States with nearly 167 locations in over 26 states.

Since the launch of the new website, Value Place has recorded some of the strongest months ever for online reservations and revenue. Value Place has seen a dramatic increase each month in a handful of key metrics: site visits (up 13 percent), online reservations (up 23 percent), online revenue (up 34 percent), and search engine traffic (up 32.5 percent). With increased online reservations alone, the Value Place Web site is on track to realize a 100 percent ROI in its first quarter of operation.
