Vangent Appoints Brad Cutsinger as Vice President for Defense and National Security Programs

20-Year Veteran of U.S. Navy and Private Sector Brings Proven Leadership to Vangent's Defense and Intelligence Programs

ARLINGTON, VA--(Marketwire - April 28, 2008) - Vangent, Inc., a leading global provider of information management and strategic business process outsourcing solutions, has appointed Brad Cutsinger as vice president for Defense and National Security Programs. Cutsinger brings more than 20 years of management experience in the U.S. Navy and the private sector to Vangent. As vice president for Defense and National Security Programs, Cutsinger directs Vangent's expanding support for defense and national security programs.

Prior to joining Vangent, Cutsinger spent six years in senior positions at SAIC, where he directed major government defense and intelligence contracts, and supported the company's growth. Cutsinger has also held management positions at XO Communications, e.Spire Communications, and MCI while supporting U.S. defense and national security programs. Previously, Cutsinger also served seven years in the U.S. Navy, concluding as a Surface Warfare Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in management from the University of Texas.
