Vein Associates of America, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Palmetto Vein Center

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwire - November 6, 2007) - Vein Associates of America, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VNAA) ("VNAA"), a provider of solutions focused on the treatment of vein disease, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of a vein practice operated by South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation, L.L.C. ("SCIM"), d/b/a Palmetto Vein Center in Irmo, South Carolina a suburb of Columbia, South Carolina. Simultaneously, VNAA entered into a Management Services Agreement with Vein Associates Irmo, P.C. (previously operating as a wholly owned division of SCIM), a clinic specializing in and treating vein disease operated by Stephen Miller, M.D.

In consideration of the assets purchased VNAA issued to the seller shares of restricted common stock of VNAA. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Miller offers his patients comfortable, modern, and effective procedures available for those suffering from venous disorders. Dr. Miller received his B.S. in Biology from the University of South Carolina, and then his M.D. from Medical University of South Carolina in Internal Medicine in 1983. His fellowship was completed in Cardiology in 1986 at Medical University of South Carolina. He is Board Certified in Cardiology. Since completing his training at Alabama Vascular Institute with Dr. John Kingsley, M.D., FACS, Chairman of VNAA, he has completed over Eight Hundred (800) endovenous laser ablations in his practice.
