NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 24, 2006 -- Velocity International Corporation (OTC: VCYI) announces that GDR International Inc. has been contracted to assist management in the development and execution of strategic planning, recruitment of key management, patent protection, FDA relations, government relations, international relations, private placements, and to identify private consultants and consulting groups for its wholly owned subsidiary Deep Blue, Inc.

GDR International Inc. (GDRI), headquartered in New York, NY, focuses on providing a wide range of strategic services to the health care industry. GDRI's client base ranges from the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
